Warmer Saturday in Denver metro with evening storms; sunny for Mom's DayWe're in for mostly clear skies overnight as temperatures only dip into the mid 40s along the Urban Corridor.Look for mostly sunny skies early Saturday across the Front Range. Temperatures will warm into the mid to upper 70s in the Denver metro area with increasing clouds in the afternoon.There will be a chance for a few scattered showers and storms late Saturday as a gusty cold front moves across northern Colorado. A few storms could turn severe along the far northeastern plains, dropping large hail and kicking up damaging winds.This system moves out fast! It'll be a glorious Sunday to spend outdoors celebrating Mom! Look for highs in the low 70s Sunday afternoon under a mostly sunny sky.Heading into next week, more summer-like heat moves in as highs skyrocket into the 80s every day. Record highs stand in the low 90s, so it'll be close on Wednesday!
