(KRON) -- Milpitas police detectives are seeking additional victims after a man accused of sexually assaulting two victims at a tattoo shop was taken into custody last week. Tai To was arrested on April 30 and subsequently booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for suspicion of felony sexual assault, according to the Milpitas Police Department. "In March of 2026, a woman contacted the Milpitas Police Department to report a prior sexual assault," said MPD in a news release on Tuesday. "The investigation revealed that the suspect, Tai To, had sexually assaulted the victim during a tattoo appointment at a location in Milpitas. Detectives immediately investigated the accusation and learned of a second victim who was sexually assaulted by To during previous interactions."
