A 22-year-old woman was critically wounded in a shooting early Tuesday in Hermosa on the Northwest Side. The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. when she was outside in the 1900 block of North Kilbourn Street and someone shot her in her pelvic area, Chicago police said.
