MECKLENBURG CO., N.C. – A judge has set a $5,000 bond for a Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputy arrested in Mecklenburg County on Saturday. 40-year-old Michael Hargrave is charged with cyberstalking and communicating threats. Hargrave allegedly told a family member in part, that he is a “mean a nd vindictive person” and “I’m going full violent ruin your life kinda offense.” The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has placed Hargrave on administrative leave, pending investigation.
