INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Unsettled weather is going to be the norm over the next week with several chance of rain storms. Temperatures are going to dip back below average for the rest of the work week.
MONDAY EVENING/NIGHT:Gusty winds with some blowing du
st have cause some issues today across Northern Indiana and Illinois. The high wind will ease a bit during the evening hours. The chance of rain storms continues this evening and tonight… and a few strong storms with gusty wind and hail could occur, especially across Northern Indiana where there is a LEVEL 2 risk. Lows will be in the 50s later tonight.
TUESDAY: Areas of rain thunder are expected as a cold front sags through Central Indiana. Highs will range from the upper 50s NW of Indianapolis to the mid 60s farther to the south and east.
TUESDAY NIGHT:Rain chances continue. Lows in the lower 40s.
WEDNESDAY:Mostly cloudy cool with highs in the mid to upper. Showers are possible, especially during the first half of the day.
7 DAY FORECAST:Temperatures remain cool Thursday and Friday but they will moderate by the weekend. The next best chance of scattered showers after Wednesday morning will come Friday. A stronger system may produce areas of rain storms again on Sunday, Mother’s Day.
