A 31-year-old man was shot and killed in a Dollar Tree parking lot early Sunday in Joliet. A Joliet police officer near the Dollar Tree at 2900 Colorado Ave. heard gunshots just before 2 a.m., according to a statement from the Joliet Police Department.
