Cleanup continued Saturday in Plano after an oil tanker crash on Friday afternoon caused fuel to spill into a nearby storm drain and into White Rock Creek, city officials say. The city said the driver of a car ran a red light and was hit by an oil tanker along Spring Creek and Windhaven Parkway. Hazmat crews have been on scene working to contain the spill since the crash.
