A person died following a multi-vehicle crash involving a wrong way driver in Concord on Friday night, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP said officers responded to a crash on northbound I-680, north of Treat Boulevard at around 11:20 p.m. Authorities reported a black Charger was traveling wrong way and collided head on with a Tesla. Several other vehicles also crashed into each other, trying to avoid the original collision, according to officials.
