RECLIP/18-year-old recovers from TBI to sing at talent show
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — In 2024, Kamden Davidson was struck by a van while riding his bike, an incident that left him in a month-long coma and with a traumatic brain injury.
Recovery has been slow and has taken a lot of hard work.
But on Friday, Davidson did the extraordinary: During a talent show at Lebanon High School, Davidson got up out of his wheelchair to stand and sing during his performance.
Davidson, now 18, joined News 8 Saturday morning with his mother, Mariah McCoy, and grandmother, Lorraine, to reflect on his healing and the talent show.
Watch the interview above to hear more.
