Syracuse, N.Y. — Hudson Fasching scored the game-winning goal midway through the first overtime period Friday night to lift the Cleveland Monsters to a 4-3 victory at Upstate Medical University Arena and push the Syracuse Crunch to the brink of elimination in the American Hockey League playoffs.
