A temporary injunction has been granted to the Texas hemp industry, delaying the enforcement of four new rules issued by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The rules include changing the definition of total Delta-9 THC to include THCA, banning the transport of hemp across state lines, i ncreasing licensing fees for manufacturers, growers, and retailers, and treating each day of DSHS rule violations as a unique violation.
