BILLINGS - Three Billings community service officers rescued a kitten that became lodged inside a parked car on First Avenue.The Billings Police Department shared photos of the rescue, crediting officers Santiago, Newell and Mit chell with freeing the kitten.Officers responded to a call about the kitten trapped inside someone's parked car.Through quick thinking, the three officers were able to carefully free the kitten.The kitten is now safely with animal control. ...read more read less
