PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT  Buckeye New Haven Forbes Terminal  OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC  SECOND INFORMATIONAL MEETING REGARDING:  The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CTDEEP) requires Buckeye to submit a New Source Review air permit application for a permit to construct three existing bulk storage tanks (Tanks 30M, 31M, and 32M) at the New Haven Forbes Terminal. The terminal is located at 134 Forbes Avenue, New Haven, CT 06512. No physical or operational changes at the facility are planned as part of this permitting activity. The storage tanks will continue to operate with state-of-the-art emission controls as authorized by the facility’s current Title V air quality operating permit. Buckeye held an initial public meeting on this topic on October 7, 2025.
