(KRON) -- Authorities in Petaluma are searching for an at-risk missing teenager last seen Tuesday. Chace Finn, 16, left his home on the morning of the 28th without telling his parents and did not return, according to police. Finn is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has medium-length brown hair, brown eyes and a scar from a cleft lip. Missing person Chace Finn (Photo: Petaluma Police Department) The teen was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants. “He was reportedly in the downtown Petaluma area that afternoon but has not been seen or heard from since,” the Petaluma Police Department wrote in a missing person advisory. “He is known to frequent The Phoenix Theatre, Leghorn Park, and Target in Petaluma. It’s possible that he traveled to an unknown friend’s house in Windsor or is still in the Petaluma area.” Anyone who sees the boy is asked to call Petaluma police at 707-762-2727.
