Former Rockingham County Schools elementary school teacher arrested in Arizona on child sex charges

The Rockingham County Schools system said a former elementary school teacher in the district was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona. The school system said Diego Florentino Franco Ontamucha is charged with accessing child sex abuse material on an electronic device.
