LINCOLN CO., N.C. – Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies say they’ve arrested two people accused of trafficking methamphetamine. Terry Rogers and Amanda Payne were pulled over on East Main Street after investigators suspected them of bringing large amounts of meth into the county.
