On Monday at 1:17 p.m. a wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 11 p.m. until Tuesday 11 a.m. for Yates and Steuben counties.The weather service informs, “South winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.”
