SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Jury selection is slated to begin Monday in Oakland for the legal battle between tech mogul Elon Musk and artificial intelligence company OpenAI. Musk claims OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and co-founder Greg Brockman betrayed the company's original non-profit mission by prioritizing profits through commercial relationships.
