Man critical after divers find him at Eagle Creek Reservoir INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis man was rescued Friday afternoon from Eagle Creek Reservoir after he went underwater while attempting to retrieve a drifting fishing boat, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources said in a new s release. The man had tied his vessel to a dock and walked back to his truck when the boat began to drift away.
