Police are investigating after a vehicle fled the scene of a crash in Philly’s Germantown section that left a man in critical condition, officials said. According to police, at about 2:20 a.m. on Friday, a man was struck mid-block along the 4300 block of Germantown Avenue by a vehicle that the n fled the scene of the crash. First responders to the scene took the man to a nearby hospital where, officials said, he was placed in critical condition.
