RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Singer-songwriter Bob Dylan will be making a stop at Richmond's Allianz Amphitheater as part of his new tour. Fans can head to the venue, located at 350 Tredegar St., on Thursday, July 23, for the 7 p.m. show.
