HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after he was hit by a Henrico County employee in a county vehicle on Monday afternoon. On Monday, April 20, Henrico Police reported that all eastbound lanes on W. Broad Street from Springfield Road to Coppermil l Trace were closed due to a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. Broad Street when it hit a man that was in the roadway just east of the intersection, per officials. The man was taken to the hospital with injuries considered life-threatening.
