A man was shot and killed in West Garfield Park Sunday, police said.The man, 30, was on a porch in the 4400 block of West Monroe Street around 4:15 p.m. when someone fired shots, striking him in the chest, according to Chicago police.He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was initially liste d in critical condition and later pronounced dead.No one is in custody.
