PUYALLUP, WA – A boy in Washington state is recovering after being attacked by a neighbor’s dog. Authorities say the 12-year-old was riding his bike when the dog charged unprovoked. The boy’s parents say a man in a car honked his horn, then jumped out to help protect the boy from the dog, w hich then ran off. A security camera captured the incident with the video landing on social media.  The boy needed stitches for an ear injury, but his mother says he’s still shaken by the attack. “Now he’s just freaked out,” boy’s mother Jen Briske said. “He’s so scared he doesn’t want to go outside.
