COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police have arrested a teen after a woman’s body was found Monday. 19-year-old Lee’Sean Davis is charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. According to police, Davis is accused of fa tally shooting 31-year-old Ciara Howcott on Howell Court. Her body was found in the neighborhood on Monday, April 13, 2026. Davis is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
