The New Port Richey Police Department said Wednesday morning it is investigating a shooting that left a 16-year-old girl hospitalized.NPR police said the shooting happened just before 7:30 a.m. on April 15 in the area of Louisia na Avenue and Colonial Drive near Gulf Middle School.Police said the 16-year-old girl was taken to the hospital in stable condition. According to NPR police, two individuals who were present at the scene were taken into custody.
