SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- There was a significant power outage in the area of Lake Merced and Stonestown Mall Friday afternoon, according to the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management. SFDEM initially said that PGE is investigating the outage and that the estimated time of restoration is 1:4 5 p.m. However, as of 12:51 p.m., SFDEM said power had been restored.
