(KRON) -- A 54-year-old man died Thursday after his motorcycle collided with a vehicle that had just pulled into the roadway in Antioch, according to police. The motorcyclist was riding eastbound on James Donlon Boulevard when a vehicle going northbound on Tabora Drive entered the street, the Antio ch Police Department said. The crash severely injured the motorcyclist and he was rushed to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. (KRON4) The vehicle’s driver was hospitalized with minor injuries, according to APD. A preliminary investigation determined that alcohol or drugs are not believed to be factors in the fatal collision.
