RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is fighting for his life after police say he was shot in Richmond's Gilpin Court Wednesday night. At about 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 00 block of W. Charity Street for a report of a person shot. Whe n officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to police.
