NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - On Thursday, police arrested a third suspect linked to multiple attempted vehicle break-ins on Celtic Drive. The two suspects arrested on Wednesday were a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old, both allegedly connected to the crime.
