Authorities are asking again for the public’s help in finding a teen who disappeared last year. According to the Jersey City Police Department, Diamond Ruiz, 16, has been missing since September 25, 2025. She is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4’11”, and weighing 120 lbs. She is known to frequent Brown Place, Orient Ave. at Martin Luther King Drive, and Audubon Park.
