Mohammad-Amin Biglari, 19, and Shahin Vahedparast Kalour, 30, were executed by the Islamic state at a prison in Karaj after being charged with waging war against God, a capital offense in Iran, according to the Norwegian-based Hengaw Organization for Human Rights.
