Much cooler Easter Sunday, frost/freeze threat early next week

Marcus’ 5 a.m. Saturday forecast
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Much cooler and drier weather is going to settle in for a few days starting Sunday. No strong or severe weather is expected over the coming days. A frost or freeze could occur Monday Tuesday nights.
SATURDAY NIGHT:Showers exit but
clouds are going to be pretty persistent in the wake of the cold front that has moved through. Temperatures cool into the low 40s and 30s by sunrise Sunday with wind chills in the low to mid 30s.
EASTER SUNDAY:It will be much cooler with afternoon highs in the 40s and 50s across Central Indiana. Variably cloudy skies are expected but spots may remain cloudier than others. Winds will be a little breezy at 10-20 mph from the WNW. Those breezes combined with the cooler temperatures will make it feel much different compared to recent days.
MONDAY:Morning temperatures start out in the 30s to around 40. Highs in the 50s are expected. There shouldn’t be any issues for folks heading to the National Championship game at Lucas Oil Stadium in the evening but a spotty shower could move across part of the region during the day.
7 DAY FORECAST:Quiet conditions hang around through the middle of the work week. We are concerned about a frost/freeze threat Monday night/Tuesday morning and again Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.
Temperatures will moderate by the end of the week with rain and thunder chances returning by Thursday and Friday.
