More security checkpoints at Philadelphia International Airport are reopening after being closed down during the partial government shutdown. According to PHL, Terminal A-West reopened on Friday, April 3, at 5 a.m. Terminal F will reopen on Tuesday, April 7 at 4:30 a.m., officials say.
