A person has been hospitalized with what Cincinnati police called serious injuries after they were stabbed in Over-the-Rhine Tuesday afternoon.According to the Cincinnati Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 1300 b lock of Vine Street in OTR at around 3:55 p.m.Police said they were able to find the injured person, who was taken to a hospital; police said they believed the alleged stabbing was an isolated incident, with no further danger to the public.Cincinnati officers arrested 48-year-old Kelvin Phillips and charged him with felonious assault, according to court records.Court records say Phillips stabbed a man in the neck with a knife.Phillips is scheduled to be arraigned in court Wednesday morning. ...read more read less
