(KRON) -- Oakland native and world-renowned actress Zendaya was recently in Rome for the premiere of her new movie "The Drama." As the celebrity was answering questions in front of the camera, Zendaya revealed that her "favorite place to eat" is a Bay Area-based establishment. "In Oakland, my favor ite place to eat is Arizmendi," Zendaya said as she was signing autographs in Italy last Thursday. "They have one in San Francisco." Zendaya was referring to the Arizmendi in Oakland on Lakeshore Avenue. Arizmendi posted the clip of Zendaya shouting out its business on Instagram, which has since received more than 221,000 views. "You heard Zendaya!!! Grab a slice or pastry from her favorite place, Tuesday-Sunday," Arizmendi wrote in a social media caption. "We're feeling the love here at home." Arizmendi Bakery is a locally founded business that specializes in "morning pastries, artisan breads and gourmet pizza," according to its website. There are five Bay Area locations under the "Arizmendi" banner: Oakland, Emeryville, San Rafael and two in San Francisco. The two in The City are in the Inner Sunset and Mission.
