Winter weather advisory affecting North Country Tuesday and Wednesday

At 1:15 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from Tuesday 5 a.m. until Wednesday 9 a.m. for St. Lawrence, Franklin and Clinton counties.The weather service informs, "Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch."
