A 27-year-old Atlantic City man has been charged with aggravated manslaughter after the Nov. 12, 2025 death of his three-month-old daughter, police said Monday. According to officials with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, Antonio Reyes, 27, was charged Thursday, March 26, with first-de gree aggravated manslaughter following the death of his infant daughter. Officials said the charges followed an investigation that began after police responded to a 9-1-1 call on Nov. 12, 2025, for an unresponsive child. The infant girl, officials said, died after suffering injuries to her head and neck that were later determined to have been caused by blunt force trauma. Officials said Reyes has been arrested and a motion has been filed for him to remain in police custody as he awaits trial. An investigation into this incident, police said, is ongoing.
