WATCH: Driver does donuts in stolen, vandalized Henrico car

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A video posted online shows a driver doing donuts in a stolen, vandalized Henrico County car. Authorities are asking the public for help identifying those involved.
On Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025, officers with the Henrico County Division of Police were called to the 4000 bl
ock of Gaelic Lane for a report of a stolen 2017 Chevrolet Corvette, which had been taken during the overnight hours.
Later that day, the now-vandalized Corvette was found in the area of 3100 W. Marshall Street by the Richmond Police Department.
8News spoke with the Corvette's owner, Keith Kunze, in February. He said that the thieves and vandals did $20,000 in damage to his dream car.

Several months later, on Monday, March 23, 2026, investigators obtained a video that shows part of how Kunze's car was so severely damaged. Said video was posted online.

In the video, which is included above, the Corvette can be seen being driven recklessly in a parking lot in Richmond's Southside the same day it was stolen.
Its driver can be seen doing donuts among a large crowd of people, many of them who appear to be filming. At one point, the driver crashes into another car.
Both sides of the Corvette have been vandalized with spray paint, with one side reading "SOGGY." During the video, a person can be seen hanging out the window holding a sign that reads "SHOTBYFRENCHIE."

Henrico investigators also included surveillance footage of two people believed to be involved.
