H Mart, one of the country’s largest Asian supermarket chains, on Thursday opened its fourth Bay Area location and its first one in the East Bay. The H Mart is located near the Interstate 580 and 680 interchange in Dublin, a site that used to be an Orchard Supply Hardware store.
