Sheridan College adds firearms training as community courseThe Sheridan PressThe age when a person can legally carry a concealed weapon in Wyoming will change from 21 to 18 on July 1. The change comes after the Legislature approved and Gov. Mark Gordon signed a bill into law this year. In 2025, th e Legislature passed a law allowing concealed carry in schools, government buildings, colleges and university sporting events that do not serve alcohol.
