239 migrants found locked in trailer box, Mexico plans to repatriate adults

Mexican authorities have taken the first steps to repatriate 222 Central and South American adults found Monday inside a locked trailer at an impound lot. Seventeen unaccompanied children remain in the custody of a child welfare agency in Xalapa, Mexico.
