CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A missing 56-year-old Chesterfield County man who police say has a "cognitive impairment" may be in danger. The evening of Monday, March 23, the Chesterfield County Police Department issued a missing endangered person alert for 56-year-old Adam Evans. Evans, who police said has a "cognitive impairment," was last seen at about 8:30 a.m. on Monday in the 2500 block of Luckylee Crescent in Chesterfield.
