(BCN) -- Twelve people were displaced Sunday when a fire broke out in a Victorian complex in the Mission in San Francisco, the Fire Department said. Firefighters addressed the one-alarm blaze at 1432 Guerrero St. at 3:48 p.m. ICE agents conduct immigration enforcement at SFO The fire began in on th e first floor and spread to the rear of the building, according to SFFD.
