Letter: Consider ranked choice voting, not top2 plan

The Green Party of Hawai‘i has been advocating for ranked choice voting (RCV) without success for over two decades. Simply put, RCV would allow voters to choose honestly, rather than strategically; think “I want to vote for this person, but I don’t think they’ll win.”
