INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A woman is dead after crashing her car into a building Sunday afternoon on Indy’s west side. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department sent a release just after 1:15 p.m. stating that officers responded to the 6900 block of West 38th Street on a report of a car into a building. That’s near I-465. Police told News 8 that the driver was an adult female and that this incident is currently under investigation.
