CONCORD, N.C. – Concord Police have made an arrest in a shooting that happened over the weekend. Officers say 60-year-old Jose Martinez pulled the trigger in the backyard of a home on Crowell Drive SW Sunday afternoon. The victim is an unnamed 37-year-old man, who police saw is Martinez’s roo mmate. The victim was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
