Officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police say they are investigating a deadly shooting on Sunday.Officers responded to the area of the 5900 block of E. 82ndStreet before 9 p.m.When officers arrived, they found a man wh o had been shot outside a Longhorn Steakhouse.
