Sumter, S.C. (WOLO)– A Sumter man is in custody facing multiple charges related to sexual misconduct with children. Sumter Police say Isaac Cocklin, 38, was arrested Wednesday. Police say Cocklin is accused of the sexual battery of a child under the age of 12 and the inappropriate touching of ano ther child under 7. Investigators say both incidents occurred between January and July of 2022. According to police, Cocklin may have more victims out there.
