INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man is dead after he was shot in the lobby of a Longhorn Steakhouse in Castleton Sunday night. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said they were called to the 5900 block of East 82nd Street, near Castleton Square Mall, just before 9 p.m. Police arrived to fi nd a man who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital but did not survive. The Marion County Coroner’s Office on Monday identified the victim as 24-year-old Justin Hignite. IMPD said an argument led to the fatal shooting. Three people near the scene were held for questioning and later released. No arrests have been made.
